OPTIONALITY OF DATA ENTRY
All the data is requested in order to perform the applicants’
online registration to AIDA’s 14th World Congress which is scheduled
to be held in Italy (in the cities of Rome and Florence) from 29 September
to 2 October 2014. Participants can be registered online only after
having completely filled out the form provided.
Indication of personal data on the aforesaid form is mandatory in
order to process the registration and failure to include data or providing
only partial or erroneous data invalidates the registration, annulling
the applicant’s right to receive services.
Apart from the navigation data information provided below, Congress
participants are free to give additional personal data in order to
satisfy specific requests. Failure to provide the data may make it
impossible to meet their requests.

The personal data provided by Congress participants applying for online
registration shall be used exclusively to enable them to take part
in the Congress and to transmit all the Congress notices.
None of the data provided by Congress participants shall be transmitted
to third parties, except in case said communication is provided for
by law or is strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations.
The computer systems and software procedures used in the operation
of this Website acquire, in their routine operation and solely during
the Internet connection, some personal data that are implicitly transmitted
during the use of Internet communication protocols. Said information
is not collected with the aim of linking it to the people concerned
and is deleted immediately after processing.
